Enforcement and Penalties

NotifiedBy.com reserves the right to monitor compliance with this policy. Violations may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
• Reporting of the violation to relevant regulatory authorities.
• Legal action to recover any damages incurred by NotifiedBy.com as a result of the violation.
